coinky-dink??

so over the past couple years i have thought a lot about becoming a vegetarian.  i am interested in giving it a shot to see if i feel better than i usually do.  i mean i feel ok, i just have digestion issues a lot and am tired of feeling icky.  i haven't done it yet because i've always lived with kelly and there were some meals that he made with meat that i didn't think i could say no to.  anyway, this past weekend i went out for lunch and ate some meat that was not delicious.  so i decided i wanted to try the vegetarian thing for real this time.  and then i had to go to bahrain.  while i was there, i was talking to yolanda about not feeling good and she suggested that i look into a diet that is called "eat right 4 your blood type".  so i looked it up yesterday when i got home and guess what?!  they suggest that people who have type A blood do best on a vegetarian diet!!  something about not having the enzymes to break down the meat.  i thought this was really interesting and i definitely want to look into it some more.  also, for the phil's of the world who say that i NEED to eat meat, i was reading some article online and one said, "cow's don't eat meat.  they are vegetarians.  they only eat grass!  and they can grow and survive and build muscle".  so that excuse is out the window!  veggies here i come!
