McQueen, D&G, and Gaultier

I was browsing through some of the Spring 2012 previews and of-course instantly fell in love with the Alexander McQueen (Sarah Burton) line. To me this isn't fashion any longer, but a work of art instead. It took my breath away...

And let's not forget about the shoes....

and the accessories..!! *sigh* ....

I wasn't just drooling over my beloved McQueen, but was just as enamored with the Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2012 collection as well. It makes me think of a 1950's summer at the lake house mixed with heavy doses of Carmen Miranda.

And last but not least, Jean Paul Gaultier....

I'm planning to go to a gig tomorrow night and love this look so much that I'm feeling inspired to try the same hairstyle / makeup for the Style Diary. The hair rolls make me think of Katy Perry's hair in the InStyle October 2011 issue:

We'll see what happens.... I'll leave you with my, Song of the Moment. I'm gonna listen to it while I clean the house tonite. Ughh, I hate housework.
