an almost vegetarian

since living abroad i haven't really eaten that much meat.  at times i've even considered becoming vegetarian but i lived with kelly and he's a really good cook so that never happened.  anyway, now that i am living on my own, i just haven't been eating that much meat.  i am eating healthy meals and i am cooking, just not that much meat. 

wellll....phil is mad at me.  i told him the other day that i had only eaten meat once since moving out of their house...he was NOT impressed.  he says that i need to make sure i am getting enough protein and iron.  i know this...i just don't cook much meat.  BUT tonight i had tacos, with beef, just for my phily bear :)  and they were delish!
