MY NEW MATTRESS!! i am so excited to go to bed tonight!! yahoo!!! it's so big and SO much more comfortable!!
of course, things are never easy here...my bed arrived this morning, on october 1st, as scheduled. turns out, my original mattress, which i assumed was a king size, was not. this mattress is a good 6 inches bigger and therefore extends past the edge of the bed frame quite a bit. fine. who cares right?? well that also means that the old bed sheets DO NOT fit! so i had to go out today and buy a new set of sheets. they aren't the best sheets on the planet but they will certainly do for now until i decide to treat myself with some luxurious ones!
i am now waiting for an acceptable time to go to bed....for the night. and it's going to be soon!! YAY!
