today's the day we celebrate our heroes for being brave + honorable and protecting us all.

while it's not possible to say thank you enough times, hopefully a shout out to the blog universe will proclaim it loud and clear:

thank you, cousin! thank you and your fellow soldiers.

... for being braver than i and doing all that you do which allows me to live a comfortable, safe, and happy life without thought or fear.  i'm certain i don't understand the extent of what that means, but i'm grateful for it.
