i watered the garden tonight and found red peeking all over throughout the leafy green garden bed.

home grown strawberries!

and there are tons of them.

it's taken me three season to grow a legit crop of berries.  i think my grandpa warned me.... something about patience....

this is the gardener's pay day.

it took me three seconds to eat them all.
bring on the vanilla ice cream + sunshine.
