a new project.

i've been staring at sugarboo's wooden plaques for years now.

{the words "wooden plaques" gives me the shivers.  makes me think of utah shabby chic decor.  ick, yuck.}

these are better than just wooden plaques, though.

they come up on the pop-up sale sites every now and then... but they're still so bloody expensive!

expensive, but completely recreateable, no?

i mean, i'm no woodworker... but it seems easy enough.

and i can do most any project - with a diy partner by my side.

so.... andi - you, me, stencil letters, a can of paint {maybe even some gold paint} and the best scraps of wood two girls can find. huh, huh??
