10 days into The Project may have me seeing dollar signs in my eyes and dreaming dreams of unnecessary luxuries.....
i have a lot of experience at the makeup counter.
too much, maybe.
enough time {and money} spent to know the good from the bad and the mediocre from the must haves.
i've come to the conclusion:
it hurts me to say this. i hate the mac counter. so much angst and loud music. so many moms in blingy jeans who think they've arrived at makeup counter nirvana. not to mention, they're never fully in stock. but their lipstick has great pigment and there's always good variety.
for quality face makeup {concealer, eye brightener, foundation, powder, etc.}, see bobbi brown.
delicious skin is bobbi's thing. even coverage. matching coverage to skin type is her precious baby. i happen to think everything at the bobbi brown counter is great, but she's known for the products that touch the face very first.
for perfect eyes, go to dior.
it's dramatic, it's quality, and it's rich in color. there's not much more that needs to be said about it.
29 years in the making..... this is tried and true, people.
