Gary Moore died in Spain 6th feb,Originally from Belfast, became famous as a member of the Irish band Thin Lizzy, but enjoyed continuing success as a renowned solo artist equally comfortable playing heavy metal, rock and the blues. He first played guitar on stage at the age of six at a show organised by his father, but his career began in earnest in the 1960s when he joined the band Skid Row where Phil Lynott was the vocalist,Later joining Thin Lizzy & after leaving became a solo guitar legend.
