when sean was here in march we talked about doing a photography challenge. we settled on a 52 week challenge with a theme for each week. so we have to post one picture, according to the theme, every week for a year. COOL! i'm really excited about it and we're now on week 2.
week 1 we took pictures of "excitement" and this week's theme was "work". coming up for the rest of the month are "growth" and "trees"...i better get thinking about something creative!
so why are we doing this??? well, it forces us to get our cameras out and be creative! what's the point of having a camera if it just sits there?? this way, we take it out every week, try something new, try something creative, and learn more about our cameras and photography in general. the real challenge for me is trying NOT to make every week about cow!! i used him for week one but don't want to drive the others crazy so i stepped away for week two. but growth...come on....lol
anywho, i'll try to remember to post my pictures here each week so that you can see what i'm up to.
