the luckiest.

i barely have words for this.
{who am i kidding. i always have lots of words.}
i cannot describe the happiness that has been the last week of my life.
it was so anticipated.
and so worthwhile.

like, i'm getting all soft and mushy inside thinking about the great, solid people that surround me. everywhere i turn, there is amazingness. is my shell weakening? maybe.

so, robin met jen.
robin is awesome and jen is awesome... but for so long, robin was in new york and that made combining robin + jen's awesomeness really impossible.

we met late wednesday night for dinner. and just as i suspected, we immediately laughed our faces off. and laughed and laughed and laughed.

and then we laughed some more at lunch the next day.
sometimes i wonder if we're making a spectacle of ourselves when we're among the general population. and then i remember that i've been making a spectacle of myself since i learned to talk. and so have they. that's why we're besties.

in a moment of complete coincidence, i sent andi an "i miss you" e mail. she replied "i'm on my way to slc" to which i replied "woot."

i love being in salt lake... because everyone comes to town and everyone needs a place to stay. and they all choose me!
so. much. fun.

we watched {fell asleep to} a horrible movie and had a perfect breakfast.

i'm living the life, i tell you.
great people. great fun.

and then there's brooke. my cross country virtual friend.

we met on a street corner downtown. i jumped to my feet and ran to the car as it came my way. i could not wait to meet her. we shopped and talked and laughed and hugged. i even played catch with her little man. now we're real friends - beyond blog comments and facebook status updates. hip, hip...

and since she's in utah and i'm in utah, we're bffl.

and then i went to dinner with brooke and ashlee...
without a camera or proper documentation.

i can't believe it.
shameful.

but it was am.az.ing.
four hours on a patio downtown.
good food.
delicious drinks.
and lots of disclosure.

plenty camera worthy events in the near future, no doubt.

and the amazingness continues. can you believe it? is there really anyone else as lucky as this girl? can't be.

a picnic in the park with rosalyn, dan, and my main squeeze adam. he's three today... nearly old enough to be my man.

happy birthday adam man. thank you for inviting me to your birthday party.

throw in a saturday at the pool where three of the gayest men in north salt lake told me i had great legs... and this week was the best week ever.

is it possible to keep this happiness business up? at this rate, i might burst.

all i know is, by the end of the week i'll be making balloon animals with lara in the middle of the night. now, THAT will be amazing.
