The Hair Chop

I've always been a fan of super short hair on women, especially if the haircut is exceptional, and suits whomever is wearing it. Not every one is made to be able to wear short short hair. You have to have the right face / head shape. I once was brave enough to experiment and chopped all my hair off into a little pixie cut. I don't know if I'll be doing that again... The haircut was beautiful -- just not sure if it really suited me. I found that it only accentuated my already big head; and that I was wearing more makeup than usual, to compensate feeling and looking like a guy. Plus Jarred's not really into the short hair on women, and as women we always like to look attractive for our mates. However, if I could truely pull off short hair I would chop it off in a heartbeat, whether Jarred approved or not, hahaa. He'd get used to it -- especially if it looked good...!! But that's just daydream talk as I already know short hair isn't in the cards for me...

I think my love for short hair has been recently stirred up because of the movie The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, and character Lisbeth Salander's haircut, and how killer it looked on actress Rooney Mara...

Although I wonder how many girls will be walking into salon's requesting this haircut...
And sorry for constantly blabbing on about this movie. I think it's clear that it might be my favourite movie of the year.  :)

A little while back, I stumbled upon this girl rocking a suuuuuper cute haircut -- a prime example when short hair looks awesome on someone. I absolutely adore this look.

And here's that same girl again, with the pink in a brighter and just-colored hue. I think I prefer the faded out cotton candy pink version instead.  :)

Anyways, I think this haircut looks fabulous -- just imagine how fun and easy it would be to style..!!

I also like the short styles with the buzzed look underneath:

Or the longer layers with the one side buzzed:

This one is the best of both worlds. I love this look, but once again, not everyone is able to pull this one off.

NY Ink's Megan Massacre

Aaaaaahh! I loooove this haircut....

I've also always been a BIG fan of the little-girl Bettie Page-esque bangs. I've worn my hair like this many times -- unfortunately I can never go as short as I'd like due to my lovely cowlick at the front hairline. BOOOO.

I'm not sure, but maybe it's time for a hair makeover...

Question: What to do? What to do?
