the most fun i've ever had at a concert...

sensory overload of cotton candy, sweet, bright, happy, colorful, sparkley, sugar plum and fairy dust.  the arena was infused with the smell of cotton candy and the girl really, truly sang her songs. she made a hundred little girls' dreams come true by bringing them on stage to sing and dance to whitney houston's "i wanna dance with somebody"

it was sweet.

and so much fun.

not to mention, katy perry is enviable in every way, starting with those doll eyes.

have i told you how FUN it was?

giant beach balls bouncing across the floor of the arena.  giant ones.

thousands of us singing all the words to all the songs at the top of our lungs with smiles on our faces and twinkley, star-struck eyes that said "this is magical"

fireworks {naturally}, and more confetti than oriental trading company would even know what to do with.

but my favorite part:

the magicial style costume changing trick during hot n' cold
