there seems to have been a change in the meaning of the standard RED, YELLOW, and GREEN lights on a stop light! didn't get the memo?? me either!! although...maybe this change is just here in vietnam....but still...NO MEMO!
please, allow me to fill you in.
RED. used to mean STOP. now means MAYBE think about looking before crossing this intersection.
YELLOW. used to mean CAUTION. now means HURRY!!!! cross the intersection FAST before you actually have to look as you cross the street!
GREEN. used to mean GO. now means GO with CAUTION because others have a red light and are also going!
so please, take note of these changes before you head out in the streets. well, the streets of vietnam anyway. be careful, it's a jungle out there!
p.s. i can't decide what is worse: that this book was written in the first place or that many people in the world should actually READ this book?!
