My main rule for dressing for plane travel is: easy and simple. I don't bring a carry-on, just my purse (or a larger tote bag) which has the essentials. I purposely won't pack any hand lotion or anything that has to be placed in those little plastic bags. I wear easy practical shoes, one's that I can take off and put on fast. I won't wear a belt. And normally I wear ZERO accessories. This was the first time in a while that I piled on necklaces, bracelets and a ring. My aim usually is to be able to walk through those security scanner thingy's without them going off; and to be able to go through that line as fast as I can. Of-course through trial and error. I'm still trying to perfect the art of packing and not to over-pack, or in this case, under-pack -- and to bring exactly the things I would need; things that all mix and match within. I still to this day pack an item that when we get to our destination and I'm going through my things I stop and wonder 'Why the hell did I bring this..??'. But I am getting better. One day, one day...
