yesterday, i had a day full of meetings in st. george. between them all, my co-workers and i went to lunch with super client woman - who we've been working with for years.
i had no idea, though, that she had this clairvoyant/seeing-into-the-future super power. i would have asked her about the deets of my life years ago! ms. super power points to her forehead, right between her eyes and she tells me it's like she has a tv screen right there. she sees things!
skeptical, are you?
so was i. but. she's the client, so she's always right, right?
AND she riddled our lunch date with story upon story of these bizarre moments of clairvoyance - dreams, thoughts - about life or death situations, celebratory predictions, etc. of the most random people in her life. verified right there by my boss - since everything she's told him has come to fruition.
so, in jest - before i really got the jist of how serious this super power really was - i said, "TELL ME you see a man in my future!" with a slight sigh of exasperation.
she tells me he's got dark olive skin.
"the guy i see right here, " pointing to that spot at the front of her mind, "i wouldn't mind looking at him all day long. he's undeniably handsome."
he's also involved in the tech world.
he's also involved in the tech world.
he's attached to the east coast.
and there's a good chance i'll be following him east someday.
oh, and as an after thought to the conversation, she said she saw a baby boy in someone's future. all the co-worker's pointed to me {the most obvious choice, given mr. wonderful is around the corner}. but she said, "no. i see girls in your future." score, rebecca.
so, there you go, folks. if you see the gorgeous tech nerd from the hamptons, send him my way.
