ain't no party like an ELK lodge party...

well here we are at the end of week one. it's been pretty good....in the big scheme of things. but more on that later.

the important thing is that we are having our first house party of the year tonight. hosted by kel and i. a bbq even (thanks to bonnie and dan's bbq which was left with us)!! so in about 30 mins, there will be 40ish people here celebrating the end of week one and drinking to a great year to come.

i'll keep you posted on the events of the evening, however, we have a problem. as many of you know, the ELK lodge in egypt held our share of parties. and really great parties if i do say so myself....
those parties will never be forgotten but we do attempt here in vietnam to throw a good shin-dig. the problem is that the L from ELK has been in egypt this past year and is moving to kuwait. I KNOW. super far away. anyway, we need a new name. and it has to be GOOD. what do you think?? please help!!!!!
