it's that simple.
except i'm also calling 2012 "the year of the 1/2"
for example:
go to bed a 1/2 hour earlier at night
wake up a 1/2 hour earlier in the morn
read a book for 1/2 an hour each day
buy 1/2 as much stuff
also known as - think for a 1/2 second more about that thing i have to have
cut out 1/2 of the smutty tv on my dvr
and on and on.
notice there's nothing stated above about putting the laundry away or my diet coke consumption. that's futile.
