tonight i was surprised by my wonderful friends to an early birthday dinner for tammy and i. we went to a beautiful restaurant on the water, ate delicious food and even had a cake baked by kelly!
the best part about the cake?? besides it being ridiculously DELISH!!!??? kelly managed to bake the cake in our apartment without me knowing! how is that for a surprise!
anyway, we had a great night shared with great friends. i'm thankful for them. for the time shared together. for a delicious dinner that they wouldn't let us pay for. for an even more delicious homemade chocolate cake. for spa gift certificates from kelly and kristi. for lots of laughs and a great year first year in vietnam!
