somebody help!

i need to get this letter to the weather man ASAP!  can you help me??

dear weather man, 

my name is emily and i live in wawa, ontario.  i know. i know.  it's hard to deliver anything but fog to wawa.  but please, can you try??  it's SO cold here!  i am sad when i see others on tv complaining about the heat!  i am running out of jogging pants and hoodies.  so PLEASE, if there is anyway at all, people in wawa would love some warm weather too!
