bubble tea....no bubbles

today i got locked out of the house.  well not so much locked out but kelly wanted to stay at work late and i didn't so i got a ride home with jeremy but i forgot that kelly had the house key.  i was running a few errands when i remembered, so i went to get a bubble tea, my new favourite and refreshing treat.  and i sat and drank my tea while waiting for kelly.  

what is bubble tea you ask??  WONDERFUL!  that's what!  it's a cup full of ice cubes, two tablespoons of whatever sweet flavour you choose (i usually go with strawberry but the options are endless!), and topped up with ice cold tea that is kept in the freezer.  it is then sealed, shaken, and served to you with a giant straw.  OH but i forgot the BUBBLE part.  the bubbles are like little tapioca bits...or fish eyes as i like to call them.  anyway, i guess you're supposed to suck them up in the giant straw and eat them.  

I DON'T LIKE THE BUBBLES!  so, i order as follows:  "strawberry bubble tea, no bubbles please!"  and it is MAGNIFICENT!  i love it.  mmmm.......you'd love it too.  

and today as i sat, i got up and asked for another glass, this time "bubble tea no bubbles, no flavour please".  just tea.  they laughed at me and then gave it to me for FREE!  yay!  i heart bubble tea!
