1. Spending the day on a big yacht swimming, snorkelling and relaxing - purely amazing! This is Luke doing a back flip off the boat.
2. Appreciate Autumn and the leaves changing colours, all the orange hues are stunning. In Oman there are only 2 seasons: a VERY hot and humid summer and then a warm, but slightly cooler winter.

3. If you are miserable and over everything, give yourself sometime and before you know it, you will be fine and happy and positive!
4. A beautiful photo from weheartit.
5. This is another really great quote to think about:
“In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit” - Albert Scweitzer
6. Interact with a different culture.
Cultures and traditions can be so enticing. This has been a big part of my Oman experience - I am constantly interacting with the Omani and Indian culture and I love it.
7. Play an old-school game, like Tetris.
8. (Still on the culture topic) Celebrate a festival from a different religion.
This week at work we celebrated Diwali, the Hindu 'Festival of Lights'. I dressed in a tradional punjabi outfit and wore a bindi on my forehead. My Indian collegues were so impressed and loved the effort I put in - this makes me happy. This is a photo of some Diwali decoration:
9. I'm going home for a week of bliss, family and friends! YAY.
10. Smile
