fun facts:

the remote doesn't work.  i think it needs batteries.

the buttons came from a couple cardigans i bought on new year's eve.

the chapstick came from corrina.  a strictly canadian product before labello became nivea. she'd load me up every time we rendezvous'd.  once, in college, she called it "bisexual lip-chap".... i think all she really meant was that it didn't taste like vanilla or roses.... it's gender neutral. 

i started that book last night.  the spine is still stiff and i can't see all the way to the center of the page without showing it who's boss.

the wooden drawer in the back of my night stand is the base to my lamp. i've had that lamp stand for as long as i can remember.  it's awfully ugly.... but completely mine.

three drawers, filled with safety pins on top, lip stuff in the middle, and buttons belonging to all the sweaters i've ever bought in the bottom.

the spiral bound notebook is the "wardrobe journal" where i keep my list of what i to pack when i go out of town.  i bought it in ukraine.  it's also where i jot down notes from cranky people who call me before working hours because their issue is so pressing and cannot wait until i get to the office.

the utter ointment smells exactly like..... oooiinntment..... but it keeps my hands softer than yours.
