NFL In Toronto: Buffalo Bills VS Chicago Bears at Rogers Centre

Photographed the final NFL game for this year of the Toronto/ Buffalo series yesterday at Rogers Centre. The roof was closed on a lovely afternoon, so everything was shot under the lights.

The Chicago Bears vs. The Buffalo Bills
Pretty even contest which Buffalo lost by a field goal, but they were in right up to the final minute.

All done with the E30 w/ 150mm f2 and 1.4 teleconverter, ISO 2000, IS mode 2

As the 150mm f2 is missing it's tripod mount, and as no one - including Olympus America - seems to have one in stock, everytime I use this lens I have to use the manfrotto shoulder brace with it.
This has some advantages - not as awkward to run back and forth with as a monopod can be, panning movement that is better than a monopod - but it also gives you a sore neck after 5 hours of covering the game.

Pictures:

The ball releases from the hand of Bears quarterback Jay Cutler emerging from a wall of offensive and defensive linemen.

Bills running back Fred Jackson stopped at the line of scrimmage.

Buffalo quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick hears steps coming from behind as he winds up to pass.

A Bears defensive back tries to strip away the ball after a Buffalo reception.

Nice line of sight shot. As the pocket collapses, Bears quarterback Jay Cutler looks to his outlet reciever, who points to where he wants the ball thrown, as a Buffalo linebacker watching the quarterback's eyes moves in to make a play in the background.

Buffalo quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick threds the ball through the upraised hands of the Chicago defenders.

Buffalo running back C.J. Spiller fights for extra yardage inside the red zone.
